Could not find anything comparable on the net. Probably few of these survived as they made from just 3 pieces of celluloid or amber transparent plastic. Some small scratches and warping, probably can be shaped with a little heat. Hinges work great and they are actually not brittle at all. Most likely from the 1960's. Marked Pat.
