Nice vintage full grain leather belt by Tony Lama with just the right amount of wear. Snap closures on this so you can add about any buckle. I would say maybe 30-32 is the maximum waist size for this belt. Someone has added a couple of extra holes (they must have been tiny) but they don't look that bad. All of my items are vintage or antique and therefor may have wear and/or "patina".
