Brutalist Budholder Vintage Vase Dragonfly 1970's

Not sure exactly what this is, appears to be some sort of vase with a little dragonfly on it. Very distinctive 1970's brutalist welded bronze decor. I guess it is in good condition although with brutalist pieces like this it is hard to tell.
