This is a retrospective of the NFL World (Superbowl) Champion team of 1963 published by the Chicago Tribune in 1977. If you are Bears collector, you need to add this to your collection. I would say very good condition. All of my items are vintage, and are not "new". May have small dents, scratches, slight discoloration, or other "patina".
