Do not have a bulb for this cool little lamp so haven't tested. Bulb apprears to be push/twist style? Nice little tray inside when lamp is open for trinkets. Yranslucent band around the openi g should light up when lamp is closed too, I think. Tensor-style armature. Very MCM probably made in the 79's in Hong Kong by Windsor High Intensity. All of my items are vintage, and not "new". May have small dents, scratches, slight discoloration, or other "patina". I do my very best to recognize and call out major flaws, and always include close-up photos of any imperfection I find. If I do not call them out in the description, I did not find any major flaws like chips, cracks, tears, stains, or missing parts or pieces.
